Just wanted to update you on my health as 2025 has not been a good start. Yesterday I was taken to the local hospital for tests after terrible pains in my side. Unfortunately what I thought the problem was has come to fruition. I have bowel cancer but I also have a lump by my liver which they believe is also cancerous. The liver also has some anomalies. So now comes the hard slog of kicking this fecker into touch. Sportsmaserati has always been like a family to me and I have made some amazing friends along the way and just wanted to let you know.

As you say it's Family and we met pretty well at the start of SM and it's been a blast.

Talking to loved ones about it can be really hard, if you want to talk to anyone there’s a bunch of people on here with direct experience and some times it’s easier to talk to faceless tw@t than nearest and dearest. There’s also Macmillian and whole bunch of others.

Shite, Andy, I'm so sorry to read that. It may well have been your worst fear, but still a heck of a shock. Very best wishes you can kick the ******* in the ar5e, hard, and fast. And then you can get back to bothering the local farm animals. Until then, best wishes from us to you and yours.

Good morning all. First of all that you so much for the messages and private messages it means so much. I do love you lot.

So today I shall be having a camera up the rear. Why do I have a vision of a box brownie. They will take some tissue as well and that’s the last test before they can the. Put a plan of treatment together. Next Tuesday they will meet up to discuss before coming back to me. On the bright side I do get my own private room and wet room. Better than a Premier Inn.
