This is the "after" photo...building on the left on the other side of the tree...first floor of all of these were inundated. But behind the blue building, all you could see (at worst point) were the rooftops of some...but not all...of the galleries, studios, and shops along the river:

Interesting case in point: our local utilities unaffected, but a neighboring town is under a water boil advisory. Girls go back to school today, albeit on a two-hour delay...and given the water advisory, one is on notice that the only water she will have all day is what she packs in...
