I was part of organising a conference one in Wakefield and Dicky was the after dinner speaker... Being responsible for looking after him before and after he let his guard down after... He's a bit 'old school' even for a Yorkshireman! As he'd say calls a digging implement a spade.

What do you mean.....even for a Yorkshireman...??? Hahaha, we all call a spade a spade mate..!! I suppose Dicky is old school, but a nice guy and always up for a chat, we used to go to Jaguar events together and I used to sometimes meet him at lunch times in a favourite haunt...good days..!!
