My pearl white Abarth 595 is suffering from 'hot tar rash' on the lower flanks, any recommendations for specific products which actually work would be very welcome!

Brake and clutch cleaner, does just about everything. Don't let is stay on for more than a minute, wipe off.

Tardis is very good on tar and anything sticky. If you cant get tthat the auto glyn tar remover is fairly good in a smaller sized bottle. Gyeon tar is also does the job.

Second the brake cleaner but you have to be quick as it evaporates quickly.
Petrol on a rag is also good never tried any other products :)

Revive Auto apothecary do good products - and possibly not quite so harsh as designed for classic cars
