Great thread love radio especially now spending a lot of time on my own in the workshop perfect company.
It saddens me seeing young kids today glued to iPhones and tablets and unable to do lots of other things.

I could imagine an incredibly fast walking pace (think roadrunner) or a really slow one (six million dollar man).
That sounds about right. Fast as you stumble erratically, slow as you regain your composure.

If you like a wide variety of music played by real musicians from the 60’s to now, could I ask you to try my “Real Music Society” show on KL1 radio.

We are a Norfolk based independent on the web and will have a DAB frequency shortly. If you can’t catch my show live, it’s available on catchup for 90 days via the website.

I do requests for the various features you will find out about when you listen, so please get in touch for these and any feedback good or bad. I’m a corporate lawyer, so this is just a hobby, but much more fun than the day job!

As soon as I've finished Strange Brew (had a hankering to hear 'Anyone for Tennis') I shall give it a punt

Nicely eclectic mix. I wonder if I can get it on the proper stereo

My Streamer does digital services (not DAB) but I need to dig into it. And of course make sure I'm around at 6pm.....

The Coming Storm on BBC podcasts. Good on conspiracy and deep state cabal and other stuff. Interesting comparison between medieval witch conspiracies which spread through the advent of print and how the Internet today is fuelling other unsavoury goings on - conspiracies, nationalism, end of democracy etc - the coming storm….

Time to resurrect this thread. Maybe.
Been listening to this BBC podcast this week.
Very interesting. Series - The Food Chain. Episode - Food for Mood.
Enjoy :) Food for Mood (see BBC iPlayer)

Classical piano, ambient, jungle and gabba. It all works, somehow. Playing in London this weekend but strikes mean I can’t make it.

Can't say as how I listen to any podcasts, but radio has been a constant...no TV in the house, so always music on. World Cafe; WOWO-AM (the hundred-thousand watt blowtorch you could hear all over the US after 10p); WRIF in Detroit...
