I’ve posted about it elsewhere but Traumazone on BBC iPlayer is essential viewing if you’ve even a passing interest the current Russian conflict.
It helps to put in context Putinism and his power; it also warns about what populism can be formed.

I just watched (on TV) a film called "The Outfit" - Mark Rylance being all sombre and dull as a bespoke suit maker in 1956 Chicago, but then lots of gangster stuff and plot twists. Good stuff!

Just finished the series 1899. Loved it until the last 5 minutes…Not a bloody clue what that was about.

Just watched on the Tube the 1981 RAC Rally with Chris Searle in at the deep end.
Absolutely Brilliant and I long time since I last saw it too.

2 series Im into at the moment

Series 2 of The White Lotus is excellent (in Sicily). I enjoyed series 1 too

The Tulsa King (Paramount+) is surprisingly good since Sly can't really act. One of the exec producers was the exec producer of the Sopranos

1899 - a clever over-arching idea, padded out to 8 episodes by hours of complete and utter BS. Shame really.

Agree on Tulsa King.

Just watched 1st episode of White lotus. Can you imagine if it was set with a British cast, it would have been comedy gold lolz

Why is there so much bad swearing on many tv progs nowadays. Including White Lotus and quite often by women.
It adds nothing to the plot, is not humerous as it is over done. It seems to me to be lazy script writing

If you were a fan of Black Mirror, then Love Death and Robots on Netflix may be to your liking, offering a myriad of animated shorts spanning sci-fi and horror. Often bloody and visceral but smart explorations of the nature of humanity. The quality of the animation is simply stunning and itself represents a technological portent of the themes explored.
