Covid lockdown has hit restaurants and cafes very hard, good luck with the takeaways, coffee shops near me are doing a roaring trade with takeaway, although I doubt anywhere near to what it was before.
Where are you ?

Andover..Hampshire,we are not on any high street or anything as we are more of a workman’s cafe so don’t have the usual passing trade

Best kind mate, used them all my life , sets you up for the day , always found a good breakfast means you get a full day in , no stopping for lunch just a coffee and a puff , then plough on till 6pm .............................good luck and i hope it picks up quick for you

We got 'lost' going through Andover having left the spyder with SI on Wednesday - maybe we'll try and find you when we go to collect

The cafe near me that caters mainly for builder, workmen and truckers has started doing take aways for food and drinks.

What they have also done is put single tables outside with one chair by them, incase you want to eat your food there ;).
All on proper plates with plastic cutlery (or you can bring your own).
Looks quite busy when I go past. Obviously only works when it's nice weather.

I very nearly ignored this thread as I misinterpreted the title and thought it was going to be yet another share tips / gold buying / spread betting thread...

However, it’s actually about a small business owner putting in real graft to try and kickstart the economy, feed the local community and save his business...

I wish you all the luck in the world and hope business picks up for you.
