I get loads of calls from numbers I don't know so often have to deal with them.
My usual one is for them to write me a letter. That gets rid of them.
Especially when they don't even ask for my address.
It's always good when they say "can I just check your address" and I say "yes".
Then there is that awkward (for them) pause, before they say "can I have it then" to which the reply is "if you knew it there would be no need to check it".
If they start reading your address out I mention GDPR.
Win win!
