Always wanted 19's Woody but now I've tried one on 18's it feels better plus...and this is just me......I like laguna sega on grey wheels. For me looks far better than silver..Pictures do not do it justice.....On the slightly lower springs it looks like a real purposeful car.....

No didn't look at many as this is a car I know and I had it at a bargain price...Thats why I bought it..I could run it a year and sell for a profit. But now I have it not sure I want to get rid of it......

I used to have one with the optional polished 19"s they really looked the dogs ....., until the lacquer started flaking off!

Farking awesome Andy!
My fave car to date is my E46 M3 cab, so I 100% approve.

Mine had the 19's and I must admit I prefer the look of them.
Did your CSL have 19's? How does this compare in that respect?

I may have to tap you up for a drive at the next Llandow day, I'll happily swap seats with whatever I bring along (probably the Lotus).

Yes CSL had 19's on.....Must say the CSL wheels are one of my fav wheels.....this car rides much better on the 18's though.....CSL was a different animal though but in terms of speed there ain't much in it..The biggest difference was the way the CSL went around corners and the noise..........PLus the CSL had the SMG box and this is manual and they are very different in that respect......CSL is still the best car I've owned.

Never really liked 18's but they really do suit this car in that colour.......It does look very purposeful although the pics really do not show it..........This is a pic from the last owner whoch show the stance better....

Dan, more than welcome to take her for a spin around Llandow mate.

I need to do a few things to here...The bits that connect the wing mirrors to the car need paining as they have started to bubble which is an issue with BMW's of this age...My wifes X5 was the same...There is a small dent on the arch and the lower part of the front bumper could do with blowing over but to be honest may leave that as it will only get worse again once done when on track........All in all I'm very, very pleased.....

Lovely car....

Dem as you know I also love the GTV but this is a different league on performance, build quality and handling...Plus its rear wheel drive so fun, fun, fun........GTV is still a great car, great looking and great engine.............The GTV V6 and the M3 straight 6 are two of the all time great 6 cylinder engines for me.

It looks great, that's superb colour, especially in the sun as you say. What colour are the wheels - they look silver and black / grey?

Agree Adam, saw one with silver and it didn't look as good to me as the grey..They sort of give it a track look if you know what I mean.
