I have just been working on the Cygnet up at Gayden.
Its unbelieveable but you have to produce some low emission cars otherwise you will be fined heavily.
Its cheaper to do it in conjunction with Toyota than design and build your own.
They are not worried if no one buys one as they will give them away to celebs and good customers etc.

Phil is spot on, its a 2 fingers gesture at the motoring regulatory authorities. The have to have a low emission car in their range, so they nabbed the Toyota Aygo and blinged it up.....don't expect the thumping V12 in this one.

Shame is, some people will buy it for the badge and not get the reason behind it. Lets hope Aston put it up for £30k starting price so nobody buys it.

Unfair Frank without a shadow of a doubt..but its the way it is so can understand why they are doing the Cygnet

The Cygnet is going to be 28K i believe, that is what an Aston Salesman told me about 8 months ago, he says orders are steady in other words, no one has ordered one.
