It's not quite that easy Robert - there are usually wristbands for all people on the parade, including passengers. Names need to be on the sheets before the parade.

Aaaahhh, that could mess this up then, yes of course we have to have names on the sheet of all occupants when we log in..!!

I know I am a little late, but I am planning on tagging on, if no one minds, just for the fun. I am trying to scrounge some tickets from a pals who look after one of the competitors cars, which I usually do. Couldn't get a spare ticket last year so I paid £50 on the day and he managed to crash on the second lap and so I helped pack everything away and went home. The mem sahib is visiting family in Yorkshire for the weekend, so I am a free agent!

Mike, I will more than likely have a couple of spare seats for the parade lap. My youngest is too young so will have to sit on the sidelines with the Mrs while I take the eldest out. If you come and see me on the day I am more than happy to put your name down on the parade lap list.

Convoy from Silverstone village ?

Well I always drive through the village on my way to the circuit as it is all country lanes from my house to Silverstone

Hi Robert, It's the West entrance 3 that you want, which is off Dadford Road. This is not the main entrance. From the M1 travelling down the A43 take the Stowe / Dadford / Silverstone exit and the West entrance 3 will be before the main entrance. Watch out for the WELCOME TO SILVERSTONE walk bridge. You turn left immediately prior to it.

Thanks Miles, I might just come down the A1, those road works on the M1 go on for ever, plus the governed traffic flow bits, it's getting silly..!! I will look out for the bridge and stick it in the satNav, see if we make it..??
