Get out of equities

Looked at my pension yesterday... All in equities by the look of it.
Only options I can change to, that aren't more equities andthat you speak about, is 'Scottish widows cash pension ' or 'sw Blackrock gold and general pension' which by the look of it isn't phisical gold but mining?

A lot of pension "Cash" choice are actually money market funds (extremely short dated bonds). As there is a manager earning 20-30bps (0.2-0.3%) from the returns they tend to buy **** bonds with 1-4 months or so maturity left. Last time I looked into a "Cash" pension fund it had som subordinated debt, middle eastern bank debt....it was not cash!

Not sure I’m qualified. I was an Engineer in the Reme. Deadly with a browning tho!!

Haha the M16 or Galil is a bit more common and user fiendly against the local AK's , but were not supposed to be armed ahemm  , round town its not really needed , more so out in the field or the bush which is where i tended to spend my working week , the contract work is all fully above board , its a bit of a doddle and a jolly really and fair money if not a bit boring

Pm me some details. Never know. I’m bored working in the office on oh so money. Got the mortgage in place now, so free to start contracting again. Was going to wait a year but now with corona and the oil price dump maybe longer.
