Very sad, thoughts are with his family and friends, as you say, it is a dangerous sport and these things can never be totally regulated against. R.I.P.

Ultimately the drivers are putting their lives on the line for our entertainment. Obviously motorsport is dangerous and they know what they are getting themselves into but this is no blood sport everyone should be going home to their families at the end of the day.

I think it wasn’t the crash but the car that collided with him after the crash that killed him. Nasty high speed collision. RIP Hubert.

Agreed, wholly inappropriate if the man has lost his life in the accident.
