It doesn't show it on any of the pics. Either it was put on for the video or taken off for the advert. Something not quite right.

I think it was added when it got to this dealer...It was not on the private sale pics......It wasn't on the advert that was put on PH at first either so this is something they have done over the last week or so would say.

It's been fun. I've been away and have now read everyone's comments - surprised no one made the connection.

Anyway, when I sold the car into the trade just over two weeks ago it did not have the side stickers on it. It has all the services - the dealer who bought it was clearly not reading both types of service pages when he placed the initial ad.

Understand the comment about the seats. I loved them as they are very 'Bentley' with the quilted stitching. All personal taste!

FWIW my Granturismo has arrived but I am waiting for 1st September to register it.

The wait will be agony! Nice though to get a new plate on 1st Sep....have you seen the car? Do you have any pics?

As for the stiching on the 42, I seem to remember seeing on a car for sale a year or two back. I think it makes the car look special.

Never new that was yours BB......I think its a stunner.......So did you put it up private at first BB as there was a private advert which I thought had a lady as contact.

I love the seats....WHen I first saw it for sale at a dealer a few years ago it caught my eye........Lovely.

I sold it to a trader so no idea who the lady is. I presume related to the dealer in Kent who is selling the car.

I bought it in spring 09 from Midland Ferrari (Hollingworth) and it had had a few owners so a few people may have seen it for sale before.

Have some pictures of my GT but problems with the camera they are on has me stuck at the moment.

It now looks like the car is a sound one and can be vouched for but the dealer is making a bit of a mess of selling it. At least we know now.

As I said BB...Its a great looker.....It would be top of my list if looking for a 4200...Nicest for sale currently...

Dealers often buy such cars without really understanding them as they look cheap. I am surprised at how little a margin he is asking over what I got for it especially as there is clearly an intermediate's cut in there too. I miss the car but it was time to move on and the GT will be all the more special for being two months 'Maserati less'.

Lisa bex is the name on PH and doesn't say a trader....Perhaps its because you have to pay to advertise as a trader.

Still no over mat on the drivers side. The rest looks good, for a red one, apart for the stickers.

A seemed to remember BB really looked after this car...It just seems great value for a face lifted car..........Sticker can come off....
