Did I forget to mention that silver cars do that Phil? Sorry.

Interestingly I put the theory to test this morning that changing a clock on a QP was a black art. It really couldn't have been any simpler. Press Setup, select TIME/DATE, adjust the time using the button and that was it. The analogue clock on the dash moved forward an hour and it is all sorted!

And Ewan! I do wish you would have told me! :D

Phil - you mean the digital clock and the analogue clock sync? Mine never have. Be nice if they did, but they don't.

Never had any luck with the gps time sync in the qp. When I first got the car the analog clock synced exactly to the digital. Now there is a few minutes drift which I cant shake.

Ok I am going to try this again this pm
The times do not sync at the mo and there is a gap between digital time and analogue time................. so off I go!

Mine automatically recalibrates when it drops out of sync. IT can do it twice a journey sometimes.

Went to the clock. Turned ignition on (did not start the car)
Accessed the time adjustment screen
Changed the hour, pressed ok and it jumped back to the original hour! (and made an unhappy buzzer sound!)
Gave up
I will be running the car tomorrow so will try again

Mine don't sync automatically so the analogue clock is slightly ahead of the digital one most of the time but I'm not sufficiently OCD to let it bother me!

Well you need to press the button to set the hour then press again to set the minutes. If you don't do the minutes it doesn't take any setting on and will revert to the original time.

Are you saying that you have to adjust the minutes even if the minutes were correct already?

No just press on the button again with how the minutes are set. It could be easy to exit the menu by pressing setup again and that usually results in the bong and no time being set.

It might be a different for a GT but here goes.

Setting it back an hour first, then forward an hour (to correct time)
