The vagaries of Italian pricing. Just tell them your 4200 is a GS in disguise!

But does the price include the release bearing?

Unlikely. Nor a flywheel or spigot bush etc etc. I wonder when a HR Owen technician last changed a clutch on a 4200, GS or QP - if ever! I'd rather take my car to an indie who will be well-versed in these clutch changes, doing them fairly regularly and knowing all the things to watch out for.

I know, I've just looked at the cost of replacing the clutch and dual mass flywheel on my yeti ,£500 all in

The clutch in a Maserati will be the same construction and probably shared with other cars so where they get the price from I've no idea

HR Owen also offer all inclusive servicing for the QP at £740, wonder what all inclusive covers

I wonder if MDs will start doing 'competitive' variator replacements.

Don't forget these prices will only be for the clutch itself. You might also need F1 sensor, flywheel, release bearing etc which will nearly double the cost.
