The exhaust note on that QP is outstanding, I thought mine sounded good as standard, but your just blew things away.

You say 5K to have the full Larani kit, what type did you have fitted?

What was it like on a long drive, I have a 47 Chevy Hotrod that is very loud...correction stupidly loud and after 2 hours driving its good to wipe the blood from your eyes, conversely my 911 is a pleasure on long journeys and immensely tolerable around the twisties.

I wouldn't want to lose the tolerance vs noise but the cross pipe sound possibly my option unless you say yours is very tolerable on long drives?

The exhaust was fitted by the previous owner, Enzo. He moved on to a 550 a couple of years ago.

Hi
If its any help, i have dug up the initial thread one this started by ENZ525 who had the system fitted.

The exhaust note is barely a murmur at cruise around 70-90 mph bracket inside the car. You get a very enjoyable drone if you accelerate further and when the car settles back to cruise speed there are the usual pops and bangs from the wasted fuel:) before settling back to the normal.

I ferry my 5 year old kids and Mrs in this and it has not ever intruded in their going to sleep or us having a chat.
Also, the noise sealing on QPs is very good.

Done properly, this system will make the QP a car you will cherish for a long time.

It really is a great upgrade and I'm sure you were the envy of many to have been able to buy this QP already so well 'sorted'
