Posting pictures

Sorry if I have missed it but I have been searching of a guide on how to post pics and cannot find anything.

Can anyone help?

Either use insert image icon, on the row of icons in the reply box, or use

These are a bit old and the method has changed a little but should be enough to get you going, esiest way is to just click the image icon and either paste in the url or click upload from computer:
