Not prettiest car in the world but like you I think it has a certain something......and that engine.....90k new and now under 30k....there's depreciation for you.

it is a great car the M6, but i would have the M5 instead, the real M Daddy.

there was an m6 in my gyms car park everyday, so i started chatting to the owner, he bought it new and had it for 3 years (hes now got a bentley gt speed) hes had all fast cars since i been going there about 10 years now from 911 to m5 to 360, he says the m6 was amazing!
he fired it up and that v10, what a sound!!

There is one that lives near me, it is Stoke City's Liam Lawrence who has it, it does sound amazing.

That V10 is an incredible engine. A guy in the US had a company install one into a E30 M3 (link below) along with a complete rebuild of the car with uprated components, so much so that only the shell was original. The cost is estimated at $100k, but the craftmanship is outstanding: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?4515333

There's also another nutter who's installed the same engine into a E30 M3 and posted a few races on YouTube to show how quick it is. Here it is wasting a 911 GT3 RS - look at the difference between the 2 cars!

Bloodyhell MAF that is amazing...Lets face it the GT3 RS is no snail....Would love a go it that. Wonder how it hads with all that extra weight in the front.

To put some perspective on it - the Porsche develops 415bhp, weighs 1375kg and hits 60mph in 4 seconds. The E30 weighs 1300kg in standard form (so almost certainly more with a V10 instead of a 4 cylinder engine) and the V10 engine develops 500bhp. I don't know what it's 0-60 time is or indeed other speeds, but the video is evidence that it's massively faster than the GT3 by a margin most probably wouldn't have believed without seeing it.
