One thing I don’t understand with those things; why did they put the filler cap in the middle of the bonnet? Fuel drips all over the lid and the wing will take a beating from the fuel hose, zips and everything else. Not a fan.

Never noticed that before Benny. What a stupid design. Love the rest bit that bit is really silly.

They’ve just finished doing up the Bear on the corner at the end of the High Street. Not been in yet. It had a listed ceiling that looked amazing. You’d think it was plaster cornices and roses but it’s actually made of leather and is from Henry VIII’s time.
The oldest Pub there but in my opinion not the nicest in the town but aim to try the others there.

It's on our 'to visit' list - the only problem I believe is parking

That looks like a GMA T33. All sold, as are the spyders. It hasn’t got the full fat T50 mill, and only seats 2, but I have to admit, I prefer the looks to the T50. However, the dynamic abilities of the T50 are second to none. I have to say, it’s a pity Gordon didn’t start this project 15 years ago, at 78 one wonders how many great cars he has left.

Me to Benny. May not be the full day T50 but it looks better to my eyes. Very elegant.

Love the Series 1 XJs ;)
Best of all the dashboards for me.
Having now done 10,000 kilometres over the last 6 months in my X300 4.0 I just can't believe how good it really is and retaining the looks of the original series one nicely with modern touches like really good HVAC.
