Someone else can confirm (or deny) but I think they all do that. My Vantage is the same.

They go up with one touch on the QPV but it’s nearly a bit of a knack….let’s say Italian practicality

I've had 3 Granturismo and 'they all do that, sir'! Very strange but there you are.

Yes, the driver side is one touch but not the passenger switch on the driver's door from my experience

The passengers should keep their grubby fingers off the switches in any case, there can only be one il Capitane (or Capo?) on a Trident

My daily Suzuki does it too, but my Seat was one touch. It's annoying.

Sat in the back of mine for the first time from Les Blot to Wayne's with @MrPea and @slay up front. It's quite comfortable.
