Oil for GTS Diff

Hi everyone

Well - I'm back. Car has been stored over winter and I've been busy with a new job so I've only just received the car back out of winter storage - she was delivered yesterday and has been much missed. So - now it's time for a service. I am sure this has been asked and answered a gazillion times but what oil do you guys recommend for the diff and how much? The only Shell Spirax S 75W140 I can find online comes in huge drums.

I got some in litre bottles from Autodoc.

Thx - but they only have 75W90. They have also ATF III but I wouldn't know if that is correct. Do you know how many litres are required?
