I'm here ensconced in the castle view. Quick shower and I'll be up to the George circa 7. Looking at the rain and having had a few bum clenching moments on the motorway I am currently regretting swapping the wheels with the perfectly decent set of normal tyres for the set with the worn semi slicks. Ah well' it's all part of the fun!

Last night wasn't the same without you Miles
None the less Matt and I had a drink or two in your honour! The bar staff gave up and went home around 1ish but very kindly topped us up with drinks and gave us the keys to an unoccupied room to use and abuse in much the same way as we did Matt's room at the Christmas do, of course as Dem was not present there was no p*rn on the telly but other wise it was much the same
I'm awake on time so that's a step in the right direction, expecting the hangover to arrive at some point down the M4 this morning....

I shall be thinking of you all - you'll be in the briefing about now I should think. I'm about to start a 3 hour workshop... that's no good. However I'm planning to go see a nice GT 4.7 Auto tomorrow to cheer myself up - unlikely I'll buy it (unless they throw a great trade-in and decent finance at me) but it'll still be fun.
Matt - assume everything was ok at the George? If I owe anyone any money then just let me know. It didn't occur to me to call them yesterday which I should have.

SN you confused me going home...............Thought you would be headsing Bristol way and you followed me all the way to Chepstow.....Liz sent me to Fish and Chips as soon as I got home and I saw you going back down the slip road....Glad you enjoyed mate...
