OBD dash light ON

Hi friends! I have a typical Italian problem... Yesterday Control Panel light OBD turned on.
It happened going down road but I didn´t notice anything wrong, everything works the same... No symptoms.

Then I stopped, and when i started the car again, the light continued ON. I ran 100 kms +- and eveything works fine.

What do you think?

It could be 101 things but most likely to be emissions if it is still running well.

a generic code reader will give you the item and work off that...However it may just go out in a few miles, but will be stored in the ECU memory.

O2 sensors more than likely if it's on and off. As Peter says get an OBD0-2 scanner on it

Never found anything I'm afraid. I had a cheap Android phone kicking around so used that......

John uses a BT plugin and iphone app for his or he did for his 4200.

 

[Evo Cymru]

Dash Command works for the iPhone and iPad. Won't work with Bluetooth though so you have to get a plug in that does wifi. I like it - simple to use.
