Frank, the way I see it, is that it takes a certain force to push this item into the rotation of another, and the wind force at 90mph is enough to do it. When you stop, the item flops back to were it should be.

But still doesn't explain why nothing happens up to 90......Conaero.......what could be that floppy/loose............doubtless all will become apparent as the week progresses....:)

The faster you go, the more wind force is exerted on the car, hence at 90mph, the force is enough.

Only thinking out loud, I would need to see the car before I could commit to anything.

The most probable things would be the undertrays, the wheel arch liners etc.
