Makes a significant difference - improves throttle response no end, removes the lag when moving off from a standstill. So you get near enough instant clutch engagement, so you are onto the power quicker. Each gear change then onwards is quicker and smoother, removing the nodding dog effect from the box. Ive had them fitted personally to 2 of my cars and it transform the drive. Another by product of the quicker shifts are less slip, so in theory a longer clutch life.
