Not a bad start to the new Year

Adam, M6 cold....!!!!!.......Have you been in one. Chris took me out in his and it is anything but cold......It felt alot quicker than the M5 strangely....Odd that you say you wouldn't have an M6 as its cold yuet would have an M5 yet it is the same car in a different body......The SMG box is love or hate it but as with any paddle shift you can not understnad it on a test drive you have to live with it.....The CSL box was one of the best I've driven far better than my brother in laws 360 box when he had it.....

speaking of fast german cars......an M6 came on autotrader last night at 20k, 23k miles, its not on there now.......

Dem I can see you are tempted with one of these...Must say great value for money these days...Have a look on PH there were a few for 21 to 24k on there the other day...

Yep, I think the M6 is cold as it doesn't look anything special, like all the current BMW M models M3 (cough)

I do like the new M3 but do understand some of your views on new BMW's...Some of the current range is just plan ugly....I am not a fan of the new upright face of the cars.

I saw a NEW 5 series estate yesterday, i was nearly sick and then i saw an X6M and an X1, then i was sick

Don't mind the X1...Apart from the upright face.....1 series coupe is the best looking car BMW make these days in my eyes...Oh and the Z4..Thats a looker these days.

Z4 yes, very nice and 1 series coupe is nice in sport form. X5 is the best car they make i think.

Everything about the X5 looks in proportion. A BMW i did love was the Z8.
