Noooooo Audi's are quality! Anyone driven the R8 V10? Lovely lovely motor and the B5 RS4? Owning one is just an experience you can never forget and I miss mine already.

An owner posted this last night on an Audi board and it made me wince

"8 years with mine and I just cannot imagine parting with it! I don't even mind how these cars ALWAYS have something on the "to do" list.

I still love to take it out every other night just to have a ride around town with no traffic and look for potential opponents to have fun with.

I still love to park it in a place that allows me to look at it all the way back from mall door.

Love the quattro in winter, tons of fun and car feels twice as fast when it is cold and slippery outside!

Love how I can put skis or a bike inside and still be faster than most cars on the road.

Love the sound of the exhaust, especially now with no precats and middle silencer removed.

Love it when the boost kicks in and I can hear exhaust from the back and air entering it from the front.

It really is irreplaceable!"

There you go Andy and Dem, you know it makes sense :D:D

Contigo, you got any pics of your B5 RS4? love to see some, i think the B5 will remain i true Audi classic, it looked like normal family estate with big wheels but with 380 bhp, bet it went like stink.

Recaro in the B7 Conv and Sports seats in the Saloon, totally awesome seats the Sports one and when you hit the S button it moved the bolsters so they hugged you tighter! Awesome

would you have another RS4 then? i always thought the Avant B7 looked pretty cool. I think the current S4 is a bit of a joke, doesn't look anything special yet i saw one yesterday priced up for 45K.

Not been on an R8 Contigo but would imagine its great...Been in and driven most fast Audi's/RS etc but they just left me cold. Felt very sterile...Bloody bonkers fast but not for me..

I wouldn't buy an M6 dem, fast, well built and good value but they leave me cold, rather an M3 CSL for about 26K or RS4.

yes the CSL is better, but right now as a gap car for anyone waiting for a GS the M6 makes sense

Had an M6 and they are mental, biblically quick but dull as interior, uncomfortable seats and a terrible SMG box around town, other than that in a striahg line they are fast.

RS4 as an all rounder is excellent, nothing sterile about it in my opinion and lot's of other people who have had them know what I mean , they really get under your skin.
