wouldn't want to get rid of my 3200, I love her to bits - so Ill be staying quite firmly with the marque.

I can imagine a few things fitting in there quite nicely

I am of the opposite view, to me it really is the pinnacle of luxury motoring. To be chav it should be driven by chavs and that tends not to be the case - the chavs all drive Bentleys, a brand that is at real risk of going down the Burberry route.

For the ultimate chav try the Maybach - had a good look at it at Goodwood - hideous....

Just an alternative view!!

Cheers

The Maybach is the worst, it is a Geneva taxi with a bit of chinse, i saw loads of them last year at mercedes benz world broolands, they all had curtains in the back, reminded me of a caravan.

Nothing wrong with many old Bentleys, that looks very smart - I am very much talking about the moderns and the clientele they attract.

I think someone once said that any Ferrari made after the 60s was vulgar. I don't completely agree (red and cream 430 drop head certainly) but I can understand where they were coming from

like you mentioned on another thread/forum shame they can't come up with style like this nowadays (ok there are exceptions) EU regulations and requirements. I sometimes get my fix for these cars by looking at Octane magazine (certainly in the days of Borders in Glasgow City Centre)

Adam, Not being sarcastic at all! I have a great admiration for (though I admit no emotional attachment to) Lotus, but have you seen the Ginettas? The perfect love-child of Lotus and TVR. Mark my words, this marque is coming good.
