Good Evening All,

I thought it was about time I introduced myself, I got my 4200 GT last May & so far have added 5000 mostly weekend miles.
I had an inspection & service at Autoshield prior to collection, since then its been front tyres & fuel.

I hope to meet up with some of you during this centenary year.

thanks

Bill, welcome to the madness! If you don't already know, there are a few of us meeting up on Sat Feb 01 for something to eat and a chat if want to come along and say hi. There is a thread called "Northern Meet" or something similar. It would be good to see you so we can put a new face to a new name!

the engine is GM (Giuseppe Marzotto ) basically a speedway engine to which borile couples his own Gearbox,
I quite fancy the Scrambler which uses half a ducati L twin.

Interesting, I thought they had moved over to Ducati in recent times, yours must be the original choice engine then and must be getting rarer by the day. I like the idea of these being low production hand built "Specials". It looks a really nice bike..!!

your correct they have now moved over to ducati, but Umberto will still build you one with the GM if you wish.

Mine was built in 2004 [No 44 of 99] & spent most of its life on display above a restaurant bar in Italy....
