Hi everyone. After a bit of reading and research i took the plunge and bought my very first Maserati earlier this week. It's a 21k miles 2016 QPD and unfortunately I've already got the bug...pretty bad! I haven't stopped smiling yet and shamelessly taking every possible opportunity to glace out the window at it, just sat there, doing nothing. That said, I've got all the servicing and maintenance to come yet, so some of that might very well change i understand?

Anyway, I'm based in SW Birmingham and wondered if anyone else was from my neck of the woods, on here?

Attaching a couple of snaps anyway (not sure how they'll come out on here?)

I'm not particularly local being in SW Shropshire.

Based on that location, you'll be pretty close to Migliore (in Bromsgrove) for servicing. My experience of them has been good, although I'm now using Tanc Barratt in Ludlow for most things as they are much more convenient for me to get to.

Congrats on the Mas. I had 2 x Maserati’s (both 4200’s GT and Cambi both gone) but am happy with my 993. I’m based in South Birmingham next to Cadbury. Vic at Migliore is great for technical/specialist stuff. I also used Paul at Motormech by Selfridges in town. Italian car specialist. Happy to help if you need any further help. Good bunch on here who will always lend help and support. Enjoy your motor.

Thanks Koz. All noted. I was a bit undecided as to whether to opt for Stradale or Migliore for my nearest 'go to', so it's nice to know there's other, recommended options out there...and nearby. UTV by the way!

I'll keep that in mind mate. A little drive out to Ludlow from mine isn't too shabby at all!

Welcome - and I'm about a 30 minute blast down the M5 (on a good day) near Worcester - Wheels on Wednesday is a nice car meet, not that many Masers attend and we can't make June's - google it

Thanks Roary...that looks like a great few hours. I think I'll almost certainly get a ticket for the upcoming meet. Good stuff!

Welcome and congratulations on the QP! A definite thumbs up from me for Migliore, Vic was very helpful when he had my Biturbo in recently, he, Dave and James will always do their best for you and the kettle is always on ;)

I've just had an email from them - there's a meet this Wednesday (May 31) - we can make it  (if nothing else the food is good!). I hope you're still smiling big time.
