The car (Aston) looks over styled IMO with that silly plate rack on the boot and those accent colours make it look like a primary trainer.

The new one looks like it grumpy... the old one was a great design and fitted the ethos of Aston so well... now, we'll its all for youtubbers.

It's a bit bling. Mrs Crud is already of the opinion that my Vantage is a bit slaggy, but that takes it to a whole new level of ostentatious.

Regardless, bloody bravo, Aston! I'm glad it exists. But it will never sound as good as the old V12s and it's still got that fugly Darth Vader interior and Merc switchgear.
I thought this color combo that I stumbled upon on Instagram looked ostentatiously fantastic!

I have banged on about this before.
You may well be right but my point is the overall shape has not changed since DB7 days and there are no alternatives. viz 4200, QP are dramatically different and provide a choice, not so with AM. It's all very well following a line of predecessors but there is a limit.

The good thing is you don’t have to have the spoiler on the car if you don’t want it.
His holiness Gordon Murray said that, any road car with a spoiler is correcting a fault in aerodynamic design...

(Note: Road car not Race car F1 GT not F1 GT-R)

I get that Aston want to appeal to a younger market. But surely that’s only appealing to a 12 year old, and he’s not gong to buy one. They have to find a better balance between style and aggression.

I am pretty sure no road car needs a rear wing….You can never drive quick enough in our roads to get the benefit….But then Gordon is also the one who has just made a good looking car and put a huge extractor fan in the back…
