So about the engine and transmission mounts, did you get the original mounts refilled with Polyurethane 70a? Are they stiffer than the stock mounts?Thanks, yes it's my car with I think Cuoio interior, it has 65,000 km and previous owner replaced the flywheel , clutch and pressure plate, throw out bearing and f1 pump. 10,000 km ago. I replaced fluids, plugs air filter and serpentine belt. Replaced Engine and transmission mounts . ( Polyurethane 70a) , Vertical acceleration sensor and Clutch position sensor. I did it myself it was a lot of work but well worth it, I love the car.
Yes you can the hardest part is getting all the remaining fluid out so that internally it's clean and dry.So you say you can refill motor mounts rather than having to replace them? Won't the stuff just leak out in the same way that the previous contents did?
