New mod planned for GranSport

Hi all,

I've been planning this new mod to my GranSport for a while, but need some help.

I am generally happy with the 0-60 performance of the car and the cornering, but there is one niggly problem which I would like to address. I always notice it when pulling away strongly out of Membury services. I have tried different approaches to manage the problem, but still it persists. I am convinced other GranSport owners will have noticed it and would like to correct it also.

So ... can anyone tell me where I can get a decent aftermarket cup holder for my GS so that I don't spill cappucino all over my work pants?!

When I got my first BMW (e46 3 series) I commented to the salesman that there where no cup holders in the car.
He replied that one should not be drinking when driving a BMW...however several years later my current BMW has loads of cup holders!
Must say if my Maser was a daily driver, I would have to mod to the facelift centre consule!

i have 4 cars and only one of them has cup holders - a saab 9-5, 3200 no, alfa 166 no, bmw 635 e24 no
use the wife.........

Pat..I got the same answers from those chaps here, once i did ask the same question!!!!!!!!!! Keep looking for that and don't let them destroy your dream! Had a coffee on the dash one day, and i spent one hour at the edge of the road to clean the buttons one by one...Disgusting!
Installed the facelift middle console and the story is over... (But you have a GS..)
The problem is that even with a facelift cupholder, you cannot drive here like a crazy man..BUT, i can do this in the Saab..

I've decided to use the missus, ensuring that she joins me for as many trips as possible. When she cannot, I plan to use an inflatable with a good grip.
