Picked up the latest addition to the stable last week. Its a Fabia monte carlo 1.2Tsi, spec'd up with a few nice gimmicks. The best being the electronic quaife LSD. I'm genuinely amazed how well this things sticks in the corners! Gonna need a set of front tyres within a few weeks at this rate :conf:

Interetingly I am looking for a new one as the Audi Q3 goes back in a few months and need to get myself organised.

Want an SUV diesel on a 6+23 with 10k miles per annum for about £200 mark plus vat, same as I have the Audi for.

The highest rated SUV at the moment is the Pug 3008, quite like the look of it too but just don't know much about Pugs other the the Group N Rallye 106 I raced back in the late 90's.

There was a lot of talk at dealer about the current 'fear' of diesels and the sales have really taken a hit. So i wouldnt be surprised if you could haggle yourself a really decent deal with that in mind! A friend is a master tec at peugeot, so i'll do some digging and get back to you.

Decent for a hacker but still a Pug!!

Cheap motoring though and as you have 2 other italian mistresses to use then why not?

It s French ...

French = Sh1t

dont do it Matt

If you have to have it ask for a carrier bag full of spare drive shafts and two paper bags . One to be sick in and one to wear over your head when standing next to it at the side of the road .

Seen a few on the road Matt and they certainly are a good looking car. Far better looking than the Audi....I think the French and really upping their game on design again especially Peugeot and Citroen. My Father in law has a Peugeot bought new 3 years ago and has been faultless no matter what others say about French cars. Depreciation not great mind you. Offered me the 3008 or an Audi SUV I would go 3008 as far more interesting.

Beauty obviously in the eye of the beholder I think the Pug looks terrible. We had a good look at the Seat Altea and it was very nice but as we need a bigger SUV to pull the roadblocker we decided on a Leon ST instead.
