We have been let down by the guys that were building this and thus we have to start again.

You are dealing with the wrong IT guys then.

To be honest, I know what is going to happen. We are going to end up doing it in-house.

Problem is, we don't have the time, but I can see this as the only way we are going to get it done.

Plus all the kind donations in Jan that came to nearly a grand, are earmarked towards the build and will cover half the costs, so I am inclined to outsource it as its only costing a grand out of the coffers.

UPDATE. As expected we are now undertaking the classifieds job in house.

We have cleared the jobs for this week as we only have 3 days this week and are going to see how we get on.

The old adage: 'If you want something done right, do it yourself' applies here.
