i have not posted for a few days now, dont want you thinking anythings wrong with me, on wed night my dad had a heart attack, all week ive been with him at the royal free hospital and will continue to do so until hes alright or discharged, dont kow a lot in regards of what caused it or how long he will stay there
he doesnt smoke, doesnt drink (well a little zivania every now and again), diet is very good, not any fat on him, but has been stressed, so thats what im putting it down to ill wait for the doctors confirmation, please guys live a stress free life and all this running around loosing it in road rage and other everyday stresses is not good

will be back soon hopefully next week, take care guys

Dem mate, I'm really gutted for you and you are both in my thoughts. I know from our conversations recently that your Dad has had a lot to deal with but I had no idea it was affecting his health. I sincerely hope he recovers both swiftly and completely. Take care of yourself and those around you.

Hey Dem , can only re-iterate what everyone else has said you are in mine/our thoughts and those of us who have a slight religious persuasion will say a prayer or two wishing a speedy recovery , as you will realise now lifes tooooo short , you gotta tell dad mind and body are far more important than to take on the stresses , i'd rather be potless and in a bedsit but with good health , than be cluttered with loads of materialistic clutter and worrying how im gonna sustain it , its the worry which takes its toll eventually

thanx guys, hes stable, they want to keep him for a few days no news on when hes coming out, hes damaged his heart and the artery, its a good thing he was healthy as they said it would have killed him if he never had good diet and never smoked, so scary you know, i been praying im hoping this is a warning and not the beginning....

guys i came with the conclusion yesterday that im going to hire a manager to oversee the busy 2 months we have but after that im out of the business, whats happened mde me realise this is not for me and those of you that know that ive been after ideas for a new career will know that this was coming
i dont want it around as he will be tempted to be going in and working hard i just want him more relaxed maybe a part time job or project for him, selling up will raise enough to clear a lot of the debt not all but enough where we are comfortable so thats it got no choice
thanx guys for your support ill keep you posted, he wont be out till wed, hes stable and talking now even making jokes about my beloved liverpool so hope this is it..... hope hes back

Really good news Dem , im so pleased for you that he's been given a 2nd chance , grab it with both hands mate and fight off any future potential stress with a vengeance , a leaopard cant change his spots so forgive him if he tries to get re-involved , just lead him gently in a different direction
