My 3200 front knocking noises fixed at last!

Hardly driven my car since I purchased it due to a knocking noise when going over bumps from the front passenger side.

I had a lower wishbone changed, anti roll bar changed, 2x end rods replaced etc at a local garage and the knocking noise was still there.

Yesterday I decided to take my car to my new best friend Carl, who is a big fan of Maserati's 3200s (owning a few) and he happens to also own a car garage business down in Fareham, he and his team looked at and the problem and fixed it while I waited

Carl and his team of mechanics are fantastic, both friendly and knowledgeable.

It was the shock absorber that leaked causing the rubber to disintegrate.

Also Carl fixed my windscreen washer at last as it never held water; the water pump must have been pushed out by the water freezing at one point - not while it was in my care but the previous owner.

At his garage they have a cool 3D laser and HD camera all wheel alignment system. Amazing. After they recalibrated all my wheel alignments it felt like a new car again.

Should you have any Maserati 3200 issues do contact Carl at his garage K2carriages.co.uk and I am certainly going back to him for all my work. This is my own personal recommendation.

Hello stranger, I live near Fareham so good to know.

My Alfa is doing the same and I am suspecting the strut, so I might drop it in to him as he is good in this area.
