MoD Top Secret documents found behind Bus Stop

It's everywhere - leaks abound, seems - along with the Hancock smoke-detector-cam people ITK are disseminating kompramat a very careful way. This one is about HMS Defender's act being deliberate to provoke the Russians. You don't wanna poke the Russian Bear.

I know this sort of thing has been going on both ways since the Cold War but this one was a definite plan and well documented and well leaked!

1: None of the documents were 'Top Secret'. Most were 'Sensitive'. One was 'Secret: UK Eyes Only'

2: Perhaps more to assert that the Russian annexation of Crimea was internationally recognised as illegal and therefore the destroyer was in internationaly waters.

I know how they feel, I often put documents some where for safe keeping and then find then in the most bizarre places - I worry about me sometimes

I'm paranoid about losing keys, so I religiously put them in the same place. Spares keys, however, are put in a safe place...so safe I can't find them...

Although a thought has just popped into my head. They might be at work...
