It was! It certainly sounded glorious and put a smile on my face for the rest of the journey home! I was trying to beat my record mpg, managed 26.8 from Manchester centre to East Sussex!

Actually in 1400 miles on my trip I averaged over 25mpg just because of the speed restrictions and having Mrs Dr Eb in the car!

Started to install an Android head unit. Whoever thinks these things aren't well screwed together, feel free to come and separate my bezels! (No, not a euphemism!)

Unlikely to be completed and tested before tomorrow / Friday as taking it very gently. Happy to let the red stuff out (already done on a clip, so the gods of car has been pacified) but less keen on letting out the magic smoke...
