Grey Ghibli kindly let me out from lane two to lane three on the M25 on Thursday, I was in the GT. Immediately pressed ‘sport’ to open the valves and dropped two gears

I’m a bit shocked that you had to press Sport when you were clearly already driving! Getting forgetful or just being kind to the car during its warm up?!

I was even in full ‘auto’ mode

In my defence though, last weekend I was coming back from a drive to Norfolk, in full Sport-MC-shift mode, playing the gearbox like an instrument - when Mrs Bebs asked:
‘Why are you doing this?’
My reply? ‘Because there’s a Porsche Boxster behind us’
