If the car was yellow it would be, so I’d say it is, as the plate mounted on it is legal.

Definitely legal plate, the Rover 75used to come with a similar “shaped” plate to fill the space - looked just as bad as this one

Saw a Grigio QP GTS on the M20 about 12.30. Don’t recall the plate except it was one of those 3D ones and the bloke driving have a very impressive beard.
