on DS it gives a blurt on the throttle on start anyway, at least mine does...
I could double declutch on the company Talbot Horizon back in the day, but hardly a car to to get a stiffy over...Yep left foot braking is an acquired taste.
You could fully depress both pedals on start up to see what it sounds like.

Saw a horrific accident in that car, Lymm junction M6, woman in a Volvo, tanker crossed carriage way head on.
