:)
I don't know how long you have been looking or how familiar you are with the model. But to me, that looks like an unusually good spec - Massage seats front and rear, rear climate control, rear door blinds. To my mind a striking colour combination (with only a bit of wear to the driver's seat - easily fixed if you want to do so.) All this, a new front subframe and service/remediation from a well regarded dealer/workshop. I would not be in any way put off by the duoselect. Others, with more personal experience than me (mine has a ZF gearbox - see my avatar,) will probably be along in a minute to say why.
If it is within your budget and you have the necessary £3k war chest for if it suddenly needs an unexpected repair, you would probably be well advised to move on it before someone else does. This car warrants further consideration. Urgently.
I already have one, so you won't be up against me. :)

Agree, looks like a decent car from a respected source. The exec gt has a load of standard options, hence the high spec. It's not crazy mileage for the price and I (as do others) prefer the Duo box once you take the time to get used to it. First time, without learning, it's garbage. But it makes sense when you get used to it.

Looks good to me. Not the leather colour I would choose but they are hard to find at this age in such good condition. If it is as good as they say and they are respected so don’t see why it wouldn’t be.

Check the clutch wear It has a new clutch
Check the front subframe It has a new front subframe.
It's probably done megamiles. 52k? Barely run in.
Get it serviced It's had a full service.
Get it inspected! yes do that...
That is a lot of car for under £13k. Buy it! If you don't someone will.
Buy Buy Buy!

Bye

That looks lovely with lots of the big things done - and from a well known source.

I'd be getting myself over there sharpish.

Wow looks Stunning not normally a fan of the gray leather but it works well.
The asking price is what a certain chap called Cutlery will be spending on his GT.
I would book a viewing in the workshop with Mathew and ask him to show you the car on a lift and job done.
QPV duo select a wonderful car to drive.
Just needs to be kept in a good garage pampered and used.
It's a bargain.

Makes you wonder what giallo got in in for.
New subframe, new clutch, full service, most likely lots of other minor bits. Profit required on selling it of course as it’s still a buisness.

Sounds great value to me at 12995.

Utter bargain. Surely the best QP available at the price. And with the best gearbox, with a new clutch that should easily outlast your ownership of the vehicle (unless you keep it for more than about 40,000 miles).

Frogot to add, I spoke to the owner of Giallo on Friday. He mentioned the car has gaps in its MOT because it was essentially left in someone's garage. So when they picked it up. The body was fine however mechanically it was shot.

I will go down next week with a view to buy it.

I'm moving from a 3200 (which I always check on motcheck because I loved the car but ulez rules made me sell it. The MOT expired 3 months ago and hasn't been renewed. It only had 38000 miles on it hopefully if hasn't been scrapped) any tips on driving a duo select?

Also would a 12 month AA warranty cover the clutch?

Wow that's a lot of car for the money!
As said, they must have spent the asking price, just prepping the car!

A big part of the cost in the job is labour , if the workshop is quiet and the car is cheap enough it makes sense to put the labour into the profit

What would a car needing a clutch and subframe be worth, not a lot but it's saved from the breaker this way and they get a wage out of it , win win for everyone.

It looks a bargain....
But please still allow for variators, bushes and brakes as there is no such thing as a bargain Maserati
Good luck
