Maserati crashes into SUV in Miami

Crowds gathered Friday night to see the results of a crazy crash outside the Epic Hotel in Downtown Miami.

An SUV was sitting on top of a Maserati at the corner of southeast 4th Street and 3rd Avenue.

Witnesses told Local 10 the driver of the Maserati was coming down a parking garage ramp too fast, lost control, and drove his luxury sports car right under the SUV.

No one was trapped and no one was injured.

No word yet if the driver was ticketed.

Reminds me of Ferris Bueller day off, when the valet Parker takes the Ferrari for a ride! One difference though in the film the valet did not crash it!

You would think that being able to drive is a core competency for valet parking staff ?

True...but they mess about........put foot down.....especially in a bad place, get caught out........

I would have said that the paddle shift would have for sure caught them out, but from the wheels it looks like a 4.2 Auto, so no excuses.
