Hey all,

A great day that was - I really enjoyed it. Really good fun out on the track, and great to meet a load of like-minded petrol-heads (it's certainly the first time I've ever sat round a table with people who have more useless car trivia in their heads that I do - makes a nice change!). I echo everyone else's comments - thanks to Andy for organising it, Chris for sitting in and giving me some tips on how to get round the track, and Enzo for bringing such a pretty car! Chris I hope you recovered from my "hot lap" - I don't think we were really in danger of hitting the tyre wall at any point, though it was a little closer than I was expecting...!

I've got a few photos to contribute - currently living on Flickr:

(they're uploading now so maybe give it another 30 minutes or so to finish)

I too was somewhat knackered by the time I got home on Friday evening - but it was well worthwhile. I'll certainly be up for another trip at some point.

Cheers,
Ben.

Ben, it was great to meet you...Glad you enjoyed.............You are one of the very few to give Chris an Oh sh!t moment..Well done as he has done that to many a passenger...

Great pics Ben........Nice overalls gents....

Very good Paul, loving the fact you have your tunes on whilst tearing round a track :urock:
Also loved the pesky lotuses flying by :D

Hi Dan, glad you like it.

There seemed to be everything passing me that day but hey what can you do - may be go to one of those flat salt lakes and go for a straight line top speed runs!!

Really enjoyed it and so did the car I think, 6000 revs in a auto is good going

You can tell who Enzo is, his shoes match the Italian flag plus he is shortest and Italian's are not the tallest people around. I like your Giallo Fly crash helmet though Enz, the fastest colour by far.
