That is the back judging by door shut lines. No one wants to buy one of those mate.. they cant even fit proper brake calipers!
Chepo sliding front brake calipers on a 50k car...total Sh*t!
Dave
No that was the front, JLR as always skanked on quality! That is the back judging by door shut lines.
We are talking about the kerbed wheel pic? Defo the rear.No that was the front, JLR as always skanked on quality!
Dave
Defo back, still looks inadequate though! That is the back judging by door shut lines.
Have the same on the RR and that is **** at stopping too!Defo back, still looks inadequate though!
It is the back, but still you are right in that they should have decent callipers all round. No that was the front, JLR as always skanked on quality!

I do agree they look a bit naff at the back. Fronts are OK and the system works well enough. When you bear in mind these are over £100k new it is a little off. Mine was £108k new and only £16.5k 2 years ago. I can't really argue with what it gives and offers for well under £20k. Someone else loss....my gainI wasn't knocking to brakes effectiveness.. This is where JLR falls down.. When you look though your new super alloy wheels on your 60k car you want to see some huge yellow 6 pot Brembo's!

As for prepping the car after once it’s sold I here that a lot, but this is a 2 year old Jag, no buyer is going to want to refurbish their own wheels.
The mpg on the XJL SuperSport is surprising better than any other car I have had in this area before. Better than QP, E55K and others with similar engine size and power.I am on my 6th XJ so know how lovely they are, I haven’t ruled out the petrol, but this is my daily work car and the diesel is not to be sniffed at, it’s quiet, efficient, effortless to drive and still has a
0-60 of 6secs.
The compromise if I can find one will be the supercharged V6 Supersport.

But even if you accept the process of prepping after sale, why include a close up of that wheel, it’s out me off the dealer not just the car.
