Larini fitting question

Hi, Picked up my Grancabrio Saturday back to the mark after a spell away following 2 4200 spyders and a QPV . Had larini rear boxes on all the other massers and whilst the Grancabrio sounds great at 3000rpm and above (valves open) a little quiet for me otherwise. I know the general concensus is fit Larini xpipe I still have a set of Valved Larini rear boxes in the garage I took off my QPV only done about 3000miles. Does anyone know if would be an easy mod to fit to the Grancabrio.

Nice car Lance and welcome back.

The accepted first step with these cars is the X pipe. The GTS/GCab has a great sound already, the X pipe just lifts it to the next level.

Any exhaust place will be able to make you one but you already know this.

As for your old QP boxes, I can't answer that one. When you get the Xpipe made, take it in and see what can be done.

Looking at the Larini website they do look the same (ish)

Pipe to silencer is slightly different and tail pipes are longer, so no they wont fit i'm afraid, suggest you offer them to the QPV owners on here and put the money to an X-pipe
