Lungs: Mildly smoke damaged.
Heart: In good working order.
Liver: Any offer considered.

Matt I am afraid you drive too hard a bargain and I am not sure whether these organs are actually worth a Granturismo. However, I am prepared to offer you my wife's GWizz if you can see your way clear to include a spleen as well as the other mentioned organs

Just had a manhhod transplant , so if anyone is looking to improve on their size my old ones up for a very reasonable knock down price just pm me , tho you will need extra large y fronts
