I have always kept my GT outside (large garage but full of junk and the wife's new car) I have had the underside, box sections , wings, doors etc. etc thoroughly Dinitroled and just about to have its two year, as specified, check over. Hopefully all will be well.

Got mine Dinitroled last year. Now need to get some new wheel arch liners before I take the SORN off in March.

I'm in the 'ventilation is key' camp.

When I was looking to buy years back, I viewed what appeared to be an immaculately maintained '09 GTS. 1 owner, full Maserati history, absolutely immaculate inside and out, AND garaged EVERY night since new. When I looked underneath I was horrified! It looked like an 80's Ford. Rust everywhere.
On talking to the owner, he was completely oblivious to the fact that putting away a damp or wet car might be the wrong thing to do. He just assumed garaging was for the best.

I do garage mine, but only if I know its dry. Its a timber garage/ small barn so there can be a bit draft anyway. It used to stay on the drive otherwise. I couple of years ago I fitted an electric roller door, so I could keep it open a little to increase the air circulating if required.

I have just built a new "cart lodge" (otherwise known as car port lol), so now I have somewhere under cover but fully ventilated to keep the car until its properly dry, before putting it away for any length of time, which is ideal.

Excuse the current state of the house, its a work in progress lol

I used to keep my Ghibli outside, I didn't have a garage it would fit in. I kept the Levante outside as well. The insurance want the F car kept out of the weather, maybe it will dissolve?
